The problem with the all seasons is that they may only help you for about 1 season.
Of course that depends on how many you miles you drive in a year. The Conti's are warranted for 50,000 miles. Considering I only put 5000 miles a year on the 135i, I think I'll get more like 6 years out of them running them year round.
