Just bought 1 series f20 120d Xdrive 2013 - 51k miles

When I change gear into 2nd I get a crunch also 3rd gear crunch

Phoned 3 independent Bmw garages in Glasgow

2 said synchro/gearbox fault

1 said clutch spring not releasing from dual mass flywheel

What do you guys recon ?
