So after trying to email(twice) Bimmerpros then calling and leaving a message two days after. I put the car up on a lift and pulled the pan saw the gasket was leaking. I replaced gasket and refilled trans. I was shocked it was the pan gasket as it was a new pan and gasket from Turner that i put on less then a year ago.
