I've had several different Panameras, Macans and Cayennes as loaners over the years. If you want something that handles well and can move some stuff around, the Panamera wagon/hatch is the best. Yeah, the Macan actually has the same wheelbase and length as an M4.

What I'd love to see Porsche make is a two-door sports car with usable backseats. Something front-engined (similar to the old 924/944) that would compete with the M2, but I know people aren't buying those types of cars right now.
