Double check the routing. Seems like the picture in the OP is for the older 1855mm belt and the routing Sam posted is for the newer 1860mm belt? Let us know which length belt and which diagram you are using. Real OEM specs the 1860mm belt for all N55's. Only the older N54s seem to spec the shorter 1855mm belt.
I ended up finding the issue with my car! There was no oil on the belt or anything! The problem was the Power steering pump! I had previously checked it and it was good, but I ended up checking it again and what do you know it was missing a bolt. I don’t know how I didn’t catch it the first time, but after replacing the three bolts and tightening them I got the car to work and all! My belt has been running great since. I used the belt that FCP Euro has for the n54 engine, the contitech 7PK1855. As well as for the routing I used the bottom diagram.
