Sorry about that! A couple of the shipping weight settings weren't correct for the HP+ Pads specifically.
I've adjusted them and you should see the prices are around $16 to Ohio now.
The problem with pads generally is that they are really heavy for their size, with a small box weighing in around 10lbs. We try to keep the cost as low as possible for you guys, but shipping them isn't cheap unfortunately.
