Probably ST, for me, if your emphasis is on entertainment while driving. Also MPG for your commute. They're fun cars to drive, no doubt! But they're not as 'nice' as the BMW for cruising, or comfort. That said, if the 128i has HPAS not EPAS, it will probably have much nicer steering feel - for me that's a big deal.
