Aren't most cosmetic mods rather subjective? Personally I like the look of the power bump/bulge or whatever it's called as it adds another visual layer to the aggressive look of the 1M.... After all, going back in car design and history, how many years have cars been produced that had non-functional hood scoops or other "appearance" mods that have zero impact on performance? Does the current M3/M4 need a bump because of that big I6? No, but it looks sweet, so wear it with pride
