Ive found some good ebay sources for scotchprint (though id prefer di-noc :/ ) if locals dont pan out.

Is a 12" wide piece enough to cover the height of the grilles? I will have plenty length wise. 5sq ft at $3 a sq. ft. doesn't seem too bad to me.
