99 times out of 100, they don't care. One guy got voided on E90post, but he took his car in with parts laying around incorrectly in the engine bay, and the SA obviously wanted to make an example out of him.
My local dealer doesn't care at all. I take my car there and they think its cool and all ask for the keys, which I am happy to turn over. Some of the techs/CAs there have XEDEs, TTs, etc.
The wisest thing to do is ask your dealership how they feel about those things before you consider installing them.
