Nice deal! I wouldn't pay more than $250-300 for the install. If a shop hasn't done them before they'll quote you higher prices because it WILL take them longer than someone who's done it before. Also ensure they mark your O2 wires 'front' and 'back' before they uninstall. If they hook them up wrong you will have serious issues.
