Bavsound
Picked up the speaker upgrade from Bavsound around a year ago. My e82 widebody is not used much as it's my weekend/project car. It was a nice upgrade, super easy install and OEM fitment.
A couple of months ago I noticed something wrong with drivers side tweeter. It would distort on occasion and go in and out. It had been a year so I didn't expect much when I contacted Bavsound.
I sent an e-mail and described the situation. I got a response a day later saying sorry about that and is your address still current. I confirmed and the next e-mail said they had shipped out a new one. Got it a couple days later.
That's it, no stress, no mess, just outstanding customer service.
