You'd want a stud that's at least 15mm longer - for the spacer - than one for a standard car. You don't have the same space constraints that extended lug bolts have.
For extended lug bolts, you don't want them to be too much longer than necessary, otherwise you could destroy everything behind the hub (e-brake in the rear) as soon as you move. 2mm ought to be fine, I wouldn't want much more though...
