Im not going to deny that OEM Navs are overpriced. Its not like idrive is the only nav for 2k. Even Scion is 2k, so its the going rate.
You get alot more then just nav like you get in aftermarket units. I like how it integrates everything into on point. Plus i like voice commands, and i really like the pop up in the 1er. 1500 would seem fair to me. i mean, you can get a good laptop for 1500. Laptops generally offer more then a nav would so 1500 would be an ok price for idrive. To be honest i dont mind paying the money. ive already decided my next car WILL have nav.
