Yup. The front stuff is worth it to go M3.

Things get a little more complicated in the back. In the rear the upper guide arm is worth it.

The upper camber arm doesn't really do much except reduce a few hundred grams (and obviously looks better). The trailing arm is the same already.

The toe arm bushings in the rear have a ton of compliance in them and should be replaced, however the M3 ones are NOT a bolt on replacement. Most people use Megan toe arm replacements in the back, there are also some sphericals as well like the bimmerworld or rouge engineering arms, if you are willing to go solid.
