Yes, most clubs do not have "official" meets for this. It's the people you meet in club meetings that will help you. Someone who has a car like yours (or E90) or someone who lives close to you. The club also knows all the BMW indys who do the best work at reasonable prices. Many members will be willing to look over your shoulder as you do some work.
