VRSF no response
I ordered a Downpipe through them almost 2 weeks ago. Got a tracking number for a FedEx package the next business day, and then the item never shipped out and didn't arrive on the day it said it was going to. Then all of a sudden their website said the item was back ordered, and I have reached out to them EVERY way possible; email, PM here, DM on Instagram, tried 3 different phone numbers. Is this how this company operates? At this point I just want a refund but since they aren't responding to anything that doesn't seem like a possibility. Anyone else having this issue with VRSF?
