According to another member on this forum, Canadian 1ers didn't come with TPMS sensors. Instead, they use wheel speed sensors to determine if you have a flat or not. (Regardless, the system didn't notify me when I got a flat).
If the previous owner did indeed "code out" the system, what's the best way to reverse it? Would Carly be any help here?
