I have the A/S3 as my intermediates. They are not really an all-season, Michelin calls them a 3 season tire, hence the 3.
I had to use them once in about 1" of snow. Was the scariest drive on snow I have ever had. Unfortunately, this is the only "all-season" available in our stock sizes. They are also louder than my winter Hakka's.
I will be putting Michelin Arctic Alpins on as my intermediates next year.
