That's a custom job, I remember the thread.
Short answer - nothing but overlays.(Or overpriced customs)
Long answer- It's tedious, but you can remove the stamped metal from the plastic bezel and strip the paint relatively easily. I used a heat gun to separate the 2 and stripped the paint and adhesive residue with aircraft stripper. From there, masking and spraying will get you closer to what you're after. Just be careful because they bend pretty easily.
