E-diff kicks in when trying to do a hard launch and kills any chance of intentional spin on either wheel because it applies the rear brakes in rapid pulses as soon as slip is detected. This also occurs when applying throttle at extreme slip angles on the skidpad or out of tight corners on an autocross course. It interferes with the mechanical LSD and prevents you from having 100% control of the car.
