Solved the problem with exhaust rattle.
Got this hitch installed on 2010 128i, just the way it shows on the instruction ( I.e. On top of the re-bar) did a small cut out on the top exhaust mount ( about 3/4 of an inch) ... No rattle no vibration with a trailer or without...
