Excellent pick up.
There should be no legitimate reason for having heavy rust like that on the sir bolts and the bolt near the oil filter housing, plus those stains on the oil filter housing.
Plus there looks to be an over enthusiastic use of silicone spray to try and dress up the engine bay.
Perhaps it's taken a bath in Salt water then been repaired?
