If you will both fill you cars with water, just to the top of the door sills mind you, then measure the exact volume (make sure you tape the air vents with a quality duct tape) to the teaspoon. The difference is the volume of air, that the electric seats and NAV screen occupy. Godzilla-1 must then remove his drivers seat and NAV screen, and weigh them. We know how much air weighs, so simple subtraction gives us the difference. Now it's a simple physics problem on acceleration.

My feel, based on my Aerospace Engineering degree and study, is that a squashed gnat on the hood would most likely have a greater impact on acceleration (0-60) and drag than the extra weight of the seats and NAV screen.

The analysis of course, discounts the push of photons against the car as we can assume equal force on both models.
