Probably not worth it. In the past, you could purchase the PPK2 off ebay for under $1k. I bought the kit and installed it myself and had my dealer flash the new software for an extra $125. At that price point, it was worth it to me. If you're paying full retail and having BMW install the kit, you'll spend north of $3,000. That is ridiculously expensive for the added cooling. And if you find your temps get to high, for the difference in price you could get an ER oil cooler, a FMIC, and a BMS thermostat delete.
