Got it.
You mentioned the water pump which is a known 'will fail' item. If you have no signs of it failing soon (which is typical) they aren't going to do anything.
The three things I can think of are valve cover gasket, OFH housing gasket and oil pan gasket. Your can look for the first two by just opening the hood. The oil pan - which is the most expensive one - need to pull the underbody shields.
I looked for all three before my CPO wtty expired. Wish I could have induced oil pan gasket failure
