I was told that if they go over a certain KM, they will put gas in. LOL
Actually I don't mind if one trusts the dealership. The problem comes in when they don't inform us. A simple phone call, explaining the issue, and they need to do a proper test drive. Along with telling us exactly who is testing the car.
I used to get this at Toyota. I really appreciated it when they ask before they do stuff. If I get a call from the service manager explaining they need to take it for a test drive, I am ok with that. I just asked who was doing it... I would get back a responce of Mechanic Nick is working on your car, or who ever. No big deal.
It's when you bring in your very precious car, and on picking it up you find extra KM, and nobody tells you why. That is what bothers me. I had to be the one to find it, and when I did, no good reason other than. We test the car. I brought mine if for PDC failure. Why drive 14 km for that? LOL
