Yea, five times for the same issue? It sounds like they're using the owner as part of the troubleshooting process. I would rather go back to owning an older car that I can work on myself.

I know for a fact a bad coil would show up on logging software with my former eight year old audi s4. If a certain cylinder has massive misfires.. it can only be a few things.
