I looked at my build sheet and I don't have either of the options that would give me the increased speed limiter.
I have hit the speed limiter on another car before and it was an instant cut in power.
I know my speedometer reads about 1.5 to 2 MPH fast at 40 (3.75 to 5% low), but the engineer in me makes me wonder if my speedometer error would increase to 8.5% (12 MPH) at that speed. Your own post shows only a 4% error at 250kph and I don't see how my speedometer would be more than double the error of yours.
