yes, i've claimed two punctures on my previous RFT's. You simply call them up, provide your insurance number and they will open a case file. You will then need to provide photo's and either a quote for replacement or invoice. If deemed claimable, they will write you a chq or deposit funds into your account.
Fairly straight forward. My approval came through 24 hrs after i submitted my photos.
