Actually I already have the pump completely disconnected and I have the kit from ECS tuning with all the new hardware. My problem is with the bracing in place I can't get the pump out of the bottom of the car.

I'm specifically asking about the underbody bracing on the convertible. They're all steel bolts. I just want to make sure there isn't any issue with removing them and putting them back on.

I have the water pump/thermostat part of the equation handled.

*Edit: Just to clarify I want to know if there is a problem with removing the braces and reinstalling them when I'm done.*
