"Air Oil Separator" port. Yea depending on the age of the manifold, they will have 1 or 2 of these. Means the hose/gear that connects is slightly different depending on what care you bought your manifold off of. I got lucky my car (2010 128i) had the same setup as the X5 (2011) I got my manifold off of. If you look at your manifold, just ask for detailed pictures from the sellers for the manifold they have and you can compare....
