Yes - this. I didn't have INPA, this is how I tested mine. One will open around 3K, the other around 4K. They start as closed from idle. I cleaned them up, ensured the gasket / rubber / silicone material (the green stuff) was in good shape, and there was no play in the shaft.
Seem to be fine so far.
