It's easy to flip the footage with Cineform Studio, just takes processing time.

I ended up using YouTube's "enhancements" tab to flip the video images. I still am not sure why my GoPro3 did not do it automatically. I thought as long as I use the LCD back, it would flip the image for me. ?
