Bundled with my financing. If I had signed the financing and taken delivery of the new car and then decided to add the extended warranty later it would have been at least $3k. Yes, platinum covers mechanical and electrical. There are plenty of comparo pdfs on bmw's website for the different plans. I wanted something that would cover my CA and Nav.
