Yes...with some comments:

You will also need:
07119903995 - Hex Bolt, M6X20-U2-8.8
51742157684 - Duct kit - this has everything you need to relocate the horns as well.
The 135i oil line part #'s are

But if you are sourcing used the 335 ones will be fine as well since you are cutting them down.
You will also have to knock out the welded in bolts on the 51647154545 – Bumper Carrier Bracket - they are too short. I sourced two SS bolts locally.
