I just moved from an apartment to a house so I know your pain. My best advice to you is stock up on some ONR... especially if you don't have access to a hose. I used a spray bottle system, 1 part ONR, 10 parts H2O in 1 bottle, then full H20 in the other and use a microfiber.
As far as anything other than that, I have no clue but I'm sure you can get some stuff done with spray bottles in substitute of a hose.
