Got the water pump swapped out. It took a little less than two hours following the video exactly. I didn't take pics because I was very rushed to get it done (working two jobs at the moment), and so I just flew through it. VERY straightforward. There were no surprises at all. All clamps and couplings came right off. Everything was able to come off with only a 1/4" drive ratchet, which made things a lot easier considering the small space you are working in.
I can't believe what the dealer chargers for this. Maybe I should go into that business haha.
