Huge debate was had on E90post with a few people posting nonsense - the end result is stock location for the merger works best because otherwise you absolutely will lose low end torque.

Keep in mind, I had more power on the table with a better muffler (the PE doesn't flow much better than stock, which flows poorly) and better fueling.

Also have exhaust parts for sale for a custom setup (cheap!)
