Indeed! I am assuming since the 1 and 3 share so many components that it's based on those with years as I have personally confirmed 07 to 2011 may be earlier or later unconfirmed but glad yours is good! This really should have been a safety recall from BMW not one of those things you have to search for and prove to them your car may or may not catch fire!
