The injectors are in, and they work well, my rough idle on startup with MHD cold start delete setting is gone, also the 30BE code is gone too. After the install, I reset the DME codes and took it for a test drive and got a 2AAF code for the fuel pump, which apparently isn't anything to be concerned about, based on other forum posts.
VDO makes injectors for BMW, so I don't really see a problem with mixing them, my index 12's and VDO 12's had the same part number.
