I can tell you I made 246whp/216wtq on a off the shelf BPC tune - that was before the MILVs.
In terms of the exhaust, If you can grab the 135i stuff - fine, but the SS mid pipes into Vibrant Y pipe/Resonator and Muffler of your choice would be fine. I have a Borla XS and a Vibrant Ultra Quiet I plan to put on my exhaust here soon.

I managed to get 234 hp at the wheels with just a tune, everything is stock on the engine and i found out that the intake boot connection between the air box filter and the intake manifold was loose and there was a leak.
In August i will get the car dynoed again from the same place, it was 254hp at the flywheel as well, you can also see two big dips and how fuzzy the chart looks, not smooth but i know there was an air leak, could had caused that.
