Im not going the LSD route, as thats too expensive and the cars electronic diff isn't that bad for my use. I was looking for a swap with another BMW, a used diff if you will that i would be able to directly swap out
Any ideas?

Yeah, the 128i and 328i automatics have 3.73 open diffs, IIRC. Should be plenty around.
