Crazy. What's even crazier is KBB and NADA so egregiously off. I just paid $11k for a manual ZHP that had multiple people lined up. KBB says an worth $3K and automatic worth more than a manual and ZHP package adds $200 to value. Same with 1M values on both. Completely detached from what's happening on the ground. In the real world a manual ZHP is worth almost double an automatic and more than $200 over a non ZHP yet these companies somehow make money telling people what cars are worth. And this detachment has real impact on insurance settlements etc.
