I can only speak from my own experience with the Active Autowerke tune which I've had for over 70,000 miles on my 6MT N51 (which comes with that 3 stage manifold stock). It puts down some seriously good numbers (tune only, 264hp,244tq) and I get consistent high 28-29 mpg on the highway and low 20s around town. I have nothing but positive things to say about it.
