Well, the new SA2015 will come out in Oct 2015. I've had this same question and the answer I've found is it depends on what organization you're racing with. For HPDE/TT, this helmet will be good probably until 2020. For club racing, it depends on the organization but some will give a year or two allowance (Oct 2016 or 2017) from the time the new ratings are released.
I'm hoping someone doing HPDE/TT like me will need a Hans ready helmet as part of their track upgrades.
