It will be very hard to fit a 265 on a 9.5 wheel without fender work.
I am running the 18x9 cs7 et 48 with a 265 evo12 on there dropped on coilovers. My fenders were previously rolled for my drag set up and its a CLOSE fit. If i slam the car in the rear as low as it will go, it rubs. However at my height setting, I have yet to hear it rub. Also the 265 on a 9 inch wheel sits about as flush to to the wheel as possible.
A 245 on a 9.5 looks retarded, imo a 9.5 would need a 275 to look flush, 265 to look ok, anything lower, you looks like a vw with tucked 19x10s running a 235 tire....nice for shows, retarded for daily driving.
