BMWhat can change the voltage of the angel eyes up to 13.8v max, but I'm unsure whether this applies to if the xenons are on or off. Typically, the angel eyes are at full power when the xenons are off and dim down when the xenons are on. It would be cool if the angel eyes were always at full power regardless.
