I don't know dude, you just need to be rational and honest with yourself.
You are considering 15k minus shocks/controlarms just to save on the cost of labour. Our neighbours in the land of cheap, and over consumption love to harp on about "while you're there". It's a trap.
No one can make the decision for you, and no one can talk you out of it when you're mind seems to be already made up. There's numerous warnings in this thread.
