BimLand Performance

Looking for feedback and contact assistance.

On March 14th I ordered a red start button from BimLand through their website and paid via PayPal.

I received a receipt from PayPal with my transaction information. BimLand did not email me anything.

To date I have not received any emails from BimLand nor do I have my product. PayPal does not show a tracking number in the transaction information.

Their website states items shipped worldwide within 3-12 days and to allow 2 days for customs clearance. They do not state the country of origin for shipping.

Last week I messaged them twice via their website contact option and have not received a response.

This week I have emailed them directly twice via the email address provided through PayPal.

They do not have a listed phone number anywhere.

I just want to know where my product is and when it is expected to arrive.

I assume others have ordered from them and was looking for experience feedback. Thank you.
